The Greek salad had 1 olive in it and barely any feta cheese in it. The tuna was watery and made the sandwich soggy. Asked for cheese on the sandwich and didn't get it. The broccoli cheese soup was watered down. Terrible for the the price you pay for this food.

Frustrating when you order something and the sandwich is just slapped in the bag unwrapped and your sandwich is falling apart in the bag. Also ordered 2 Mac and cheeses - one large, one kids size. Was given 2 kids sizes, and no utensils for those or the soup I ordered through the drive through. Staff corrected the size issue with the order and got utensils but I went through the drive through so I didn't have to drag my kids inside. It's not the cheapest fast food around so really more care could be taken instead of just slapping things in the bag to go without properly wrapping them.

Just warning others - got really bad food poisoning from the broccoli cheddar soup or the turkey avocado BLT sandwich. Half a sandwich and small cup of soup with a regular lemonade was almost 20 dollars. I also did some research and found out this is not a healthier place to eat. Service was good, though.

Not a nicest Panera I have ever been. My only regret is that I told the order person to give only half cup of caccuchino but I got full and when I asked to change she was asking me to pay for that order. Atmosphere was so so and I ordered Mediterranean chicken warm bowl which was not tasty at all.

I can’t believe the taste of the food at that Panera’s. The cheese was not melted on the grill cheese the soup was not appetizing and clumpy. I’ve had the soup at another Panera (Poughkeepsie) and it was delicious. Will never go back to that one and maybe none of the others! The price was also outrageous for a small soup and half of a grilled cheese!

I went thru drive thru window for a dozen bagels, usually they give you 13, bakers dozen. 4 bagels were stale and they only gave 12. I've been getting them for years but won't be going there again.
It’s good food and consistent. If you’re getting delivery, double-check your order. The other thing is that a large soul is actually what most other places call
