We drove two hours from CT to NY to hike and although Twin Ravens was a little out of the way, we just had to stop by again! Steve is such a sweetie! “My wife and I came for a Friday night dinner. We made reservations last minute and glad we did as the place was packed. Service was high quality and the folks were very warm. The food and drinks was insanely good! The Rasta pasta was delicious and we enjoyed our leftovers so much. The jerk wings were so tender and the dry rub was spicy and flavorful. We were lucky to meet the chef Chris briefly and he was very kind.The cafe and provisions store is also really great. The coffee was tasty and the breakfast sandwiches were dope right before a hike.”

“It is one of our favorite hangouts in the Hudson Valley. It has a great vibe, great food, great ambience, both in the winter and the summer time. Service is good and the food is very comfort food that makes you feel you are eating at home. The pizza is Roman style so thinner than most and very tasty. As someone who is hard to please when it comes to food, I was thoroughly impressed with how they were able to make us so happy. Respect and love to the owners of this little gem for bringing a bit of the homeland here to Ulster County!!Parking: The parking is off to the rear and can easily accommodate a good 10/12 vehicles easily but I can imagine in the warmer months they may need more space because the food and service is that good!!”

“The Stone House Tavern is incredible! It is obvious they take great pride in food, drinks and service. We've been there a few times and it never disappoints whether it is a burger or a full meal. We were with friends recently and both my husband and our friend called their burgers "epic" :) Our server was friendly and professional and we had a great time. “Pastries were very good and large. My muffin was really big (a good thing) and soft. The fruit tart was lovely and so was the creme brulee. The cake slices were a little gummy in texture and dry. But it could just be because we got it at the end of the day. Not sure. It tastes good though. I'd try cake again just in case it was a one off. But everything else was delicious and well made. Would recommend or go again.”

We love the steak options, their specials, pastas, shishito peppers, melted cheese board (never had it anywhere else), and the chorizo tapas. Also they just got their liquor license which is awesome! “Very clean local grocery store with a deli counter and prepared foods. I had the soup and a bagel with cream cheese and it was less than $5.00 for a fresh lunch. The deli was stocked with cooked items as well as Boars Head cold cuts. The amount of choices is way too long to list. Many regular customers coming and going ordering dinner items from barbecued chicken to flank steak and more. A definite plus for the community. Outdoor seating available.”
