I cannot stress enough how happy my partner and I are with our cake from Maxine! We got a spice cake with a brown sugar buttercream and apple compote and it was so delicious, had great flavor, was moist, and well balanced. Most delicious wedding cake ever! Working with Maxine was so easy and enjoyable - the cake tasting was a lot of fun and we were so happy with our final wedding cake both in terms of look and taste. Not all cakes are created equal and this cake was fantastic!

The very best!!! Maxine made the cake for our wedding and WOW it was stunning (and so delicious)!
