We bring people here for the brussel sprouts , and overall it's a lovely place to eat. Very on brand for a day in New Paltz town. Indie, homey, fun activities. Amazing for vegetarians-- Lindsay's beyond burger and cauliflower wings are excellent. Molly was very sweet and attentive, and the staff as a whole has always brought a grounded homey feel. Short male bartender was wasted during the visit to Bacchus on Friday night. Felt bad for the other staff and overheard he was a manager. Very upset by this revelation as I have visited New Paltz as someone who graduated and lived here years ago. This man is putting a bad reputation on the establishment and I hope there is something done to create a better environment for the young girls who work there.
