I haven't been in over ten years however, I like the way the interior was renovated. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant! The price is reasonable! I had salmon with rice and red beans.
Delicious food and friendly vibe. I love the stewed chicken and my husband loves the pernil but I've also had the mofongo and other dishes and thought everything was great. There is a takeout line which snakes through the restaurant and that line is never empty. The wait staff can sometimes be super busy because they are covering a lot of tables but they are never impatient or brusque. We love that they serve the Country Club brand of sodas which we get as a guilty pleasure.
Simply one of the best Dominican restaurants in New York. The staff is always friendly and with a big smile on their faces. Inviting atmospheres. The food is exceptional, everything is made with love and quality. The portions are amazing. Everything about this place makes me want to go back for more. Highly recommended.
