Bagels are like eating a tough cake, Idk how that's possible but this place pulled if off.Nasty looks and a bad attitude from the young lady behind the counter also makes this place a one and done. Utica has way better to offer.

Bagels are fresh and good! just like the cream cheese is also good, that they get from elsewhere. Sadly Customer service suck for most of the employees (RUDE)that work front register ,Sarah and the girls that makes the sandwiches in back are nice and friendly always is smiling, But especially that NEW girl at the register, nasty ATTITUDE doesn’t even greet or smile or anything.(3rd time ) SMH ??♂️ I don’t even wanna go back with that ATTITUDE no matter how good bagels are I got options!? I’m so appalled you must (owner) doesn’t know what’s going on in the front. ?

Best bagels and cream cheese in CNY! The staff greets you and is friendly. Nothing fancy inside. Most importantly , it’s clean and the food is awesome.
Wheelchair accessibility: The out door is awkward. I don’t think a wheelchair would work.

Had to stop here to try these bagels.. I am from Michigan and I am so glad I did. Not only were the bagels delicious, but the staff were wonderful. We had the breakfast bagel and the chicken salad on a onion bagel and they both were delicious. Definitely a must stop!!!
