Stopped in to get a few things this morning. Very long time members. Husband was waiting for me in the car, along side the building. As I was exiting, I saw he was moving his car to allow the employee who was returning carts to the entrance to be able to move them. I was appalled to hear him refer to my husband as an “f****** idiot”. Asked for his name, he would not give it. Absolutely horrible. Disgusted. Reported him anyway.

I just bought 2 home office chairs here and was helped immensely by 3 associates. I neglected to get their names, I’m sorry, but 2 female staffers were super polite and helpful, cashing me out, loading the boxes on a huge cart for me, and then getting a male staffer to pleasantly take them to my car and load both in it for me! I could not have taken advantage of the sale price on them and on the gas I bought without their help. Great job, Utica store personnel!

GAS WAS NOT DISCOUNTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had bought star gas items before and bought gas right after, but YESTERDAY NO?????? I do not recommend this store, as it does not keep up with BJ's GAS points!!!! Poor management.

Not very happy having paid for a membership and being handicapped that I had to wait in line forever while a nonmember sat at the register picking though the coupon book to get the coupons out for the stuff they were purchasing should have made that person get out of line to get coupons out of the book instead of making everyone else wait I will not be back until the promotion ends I can't be standing that long especially since I paid and they didn't also this promotion is very unfair for us that have paid for a membership what are we getting out of it except for a headache
