Is a really good sandwich. solid. go to lunch.
cross contamination and hot holding items longer than spec time gave me food poisoning last night during a pandemic where we should be clean and not hot holding items during slow hours! yes I know what I'm talking about since im a actual line cook and this was the only thing I ate not even full 6 hrs into digesting and I'm puking. get better staff.
