11 year roaster here. If you're looking for a drip that's a nice medium roast, little cream little sugar, hints of nut and chocolate, this is not the place for you. I'm partial to a full wash medium roast, latin american size 17-18. This isn't that. It's so light i'd be suprised if it made first crack. It's a great atmosphere. My go-to coffee shop. The owner and her staff are always super friendly.All the flavor syrups are homemade, not the high fructose pumps you'll get elsewhere. You can get delicious flavors you couldn't find elsewhere like maple bourbon and white chocolate raspberry.Comfy chairs and couches to relax.Highly recommend
