No complaints about the service.The chicken tenders were particularly rubbery. I'm especially sensitive to texture, so I don't know if it would be considered as bad to the average chicken-enjoyer. I prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt, especially small businesses, and as the majority of people seem to have had good experiences here, I don't know if this was a one-off. However, I want to let people who may have textural sensitivities like me know about my experience.Loved the fries.

The chicken tenders and fries were excellent as always. Light, crispy, and juicy.They seem to have introduced burgers since I last visited here, and the Liciousburger was amazing! It was fresh, fragrant, and so tasty. I won't list names, but it is definitely better than a lot of burgers in downtown Utica.

The BEST CHICKEN IN OUR AREA!! I been to every chicken restaurant in Central New York & I am so very grateful for ChickenLicious to come to Marcy!! Very close to Utica! This chicken is made fresh right in front of you in minutes!! The crispy outside is by far the best I have ever had!! Do not waste your time & money looking to get chicken at Popeyes or Kentucky Fried. You get robbed because the chains charge more & give you less!! My husband & I get a 6 piece tenders for $10.99 & split it!! We love it!! And so grateful we came across it!! Try it yourself & you be the judge!?!

I come here often. It's close and everything is prepared fresh and delicious.My favorite is the licious wrap.Today I tried the licious burger. It had a lot of meat and lots of toppings. It was De-licious!I also enjoy the onion rings?.

Went to this place for the first time and enjoyed it. I went through the drive thru and was greeted by Teddy. He was an awesome representation of your company. He was friendly. The food was good, and I will definitely be back.
