Had breakfast and it was excellent as usual. My mother was visiting and she requested we go to Craylees. The omelets and home fries were delicious. I have been here many times with friends and relatives and have never been disappointed. The owner, Jennifer, was wonderful as always and her waitresses are always pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend going here for breakfast or lunch.

I went here for brunch and I ordered mozzarella sticks in one of my friends also ordered the Italian skillet breakfast. The mozzarella sticks came and they were good. The marinara sauce did not look right. I tried it was awfully dark. It also tasted like chili. I did not finish eating it, my friend breakfast came in on the skillet was the same thing he said it was horrible and I didn't think it tasted very good either so I notified the blonde haired lady who serves the tables. She went in the back and she comes out and told us that she had him throw it away, and it was old marinara was absolutely disgusted, and I went home, and my stomach was bubbling, and I was sick to my stomach for the rest of the day service disgusting

Wow ! What a beautiful place. Visiting relatives in Utica and we always look for a local restaurant to try new dishes. We found a great one in Craylee’s. Intimate dining room with a great atmosphere. They had a few specials on the board so I decided to try one. Stuffed French Toast $11.75. Really? I’d would have paid double. It was delicious. The only thing better was our service. “Andrea” is the best. She had that personal, friendly disposition along with a Central New York attitude. ( It was a good thing) even though she is originally from Orlando. Thank you to Andrea for taking such great care of me and my family. I like the added touch of a deck of cards on the table. My brother and I had time for a quick game of Pitch. Great restaurant you have there Craylee’s. Thank you!

The best breakfast we have had out in FOREVER! I was a line cook for some time and I know that breakfast is often very hard to time perfectly. My eggs benedict was PERFECT! The poached eggs were spot on. The hash browns were crispy (you never get crispy hash browns!) I didn't even hear a complaint when I asked for regular bacon in place of Canadian bacon! My room mate had a skillet that was again cooked to pesfection and she had to take most of it home! I will visit Craylees whenever I'm in Utica!

A very good place for locals and tourists to have a break
Breakfast was great. They had a good diverse menu and really good looking specials for the day. Food came out hot and perfectly cooked the eggs were just over easy. The service was quick and on time with coffee refills. The tables were far enough apart that you didn't feel crowded or that someone was listening to your conversation. It was a great breakfast.

Had a great experience here stopping through. Baby-friendly, changing table in the bathroom, very friendly service and great specials. As a casual breakfast/brunch spot, Craylee's checks all the boxes. Will definitely be back.
