A NOTICABLE IMPROVEMENT At one time Denny's was our favorite restaurant. My family and I would eat there about twice a week. We mostly ordered dinner. Lately we noticed several problems, most of which are listed in the current reviews. The problems I noticed I blamed on the management. Without a strong leader others will often develop bad habits and have low morale. Very few employees showed pride in what they were doing. Many were unprofessional and not very personable. I can't say I blame them because it takes a team to run a restaurant and without good leadership, people develop a care less attitude. I am 82 years old and had been in a wheelchair for almost three years. I now walk with a cane. One of my biggest complaint was the floor in the restaurant itself and in the restroom. It was always so slippery I was afraid of slipping and falling. The floors were mopped with soap and water, but it wasn't changed often enough and it wasn't rinsed. I felt as though it had been greased. In the past two weeks my family and I saw a remarkable change in the service staff at the restaurant. Workers seemed happier, and more attentive to actually serving their customers. Food was delivered much quicker and customers were waited on by attentive waitresses, Our waitresses had a new attitude and seemed to truly care that we had a great dining experience. Our other waitress that was relatively new to Denny's was right on top of things. The manager (Chris C) was definitely in charge and he made sue each customer was completely satisfied. He went around to each table and asked if everything was acceptable and if there was anything he could do for them. The first thing when I walked into the restaurant is that the floor was mopped clean and properly rinsed. I could walk with confidence. The men's restroom was much cleaner and the odor of urine was replaced with the smell of disinfectant. This room had obviously been properly cleaned. It is good to see this Denny's making a good come back. Some advice that I would make is when a dinner is ordered and it includes a salad, the salad should be brought right away. So often the salad, soup and salad are served art the same time the hot meal comes. By the time the salad us eaten, the hot dinner is cold. There is still room for improvement. I wish everyone at Denny's the best and that whatever they do, they accomplish it with perfection in mind. All workers are in the business of serving their customers. The word TIP is an acronym for "To Insure Perfection". It used to be paid before ordering the meal to make sure the customer receives the best service. Well done!

I was really discussed with the women bathroom, it was so filthy it grossed me out.
It took an hour to get my food and they forgot the pancakes so it took 10 more minutes for them while the food was already cold. I was served one cup of coffee and another cup 30 minutes later. The scrambled eggs were so runny it turned my stomach and the waitress was not attractive at all. For a simple brakefast it took an hour to be serve and it was cold. Never again!!

They deserve 0 stars!! The restaurant wasn't even half full and we waited TWO hours for our order, which was pre cooked (charred bacon) and eggs. The staff was rude.
Called to complain, and spoke with a "manager" that needs training, and perhaps a little more education.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Had a nice meal with my daughter today. Our server, Jason R was fantastic. Start to finish went above and beyond for us. The food was very good as well. Thank you!

Haven't been there in years and decided to stop in and get breakfast for dinner for me and my family and I hate to say it but I'm so disappointed š. My French toast was so burnt and tasted like burnt bread ughh. The girl that took my order was nice though.

Stopped in for something to eat. There were 4 table occupied and 2 people sitting at the counter. I stood waiting to be seated for 10 to 15 minutes. The wait staff all looked at me and never seated me. I just walked out. Definitely won't return
Terrible service! At around 4:00, I placed an online order for two turkey dinners, a side salad with no cheese, and an apple crisp. The estimated pick up time was quoted for 4:30. Upon arrival, I had to wait another 30 minutes for the food to be ready. After receiving the order and returning to my hotel room, I discovered that I was missing both the cranberries and stuffing from both dinners, along with a side of macaroni and cheese. They also put cheese on the salad. When I called, I wanted the order to be corrected with additional compensation for the poor service and waste of my time and energy. They said that if I brought the food back, they could remake the whole order for āfreeā and that would be my compensation or I could return the food and take a refund of my money. I opted for the refund of the money. When arriving for the refund, I was then told they ācouldnātā refund the gratuity. So in the end, I tipped them $12 in exchange for two trips, 90 minutes wasted, and no dinner. Iām very dissatisfied.

Slow to be sat, slow to come to the table to take our order, when we sat down there were only 4 other tables ,didnāt have the chicken noodle soup that they are supposed to have Fri, Sat, and Sun, didnāt have the drink we wanted, ordered HOT chocolate that was luke warm, didnāt have salmon, when asked for the bill for our drinks that was the fastest we saw our waitress move. Worst Dennys experience we have ever had.
