I've found the slowest service provider in the country, and it's right here. Whether there's one car in the drive-through or none, you'll still be waiting over 10 minutes. And to make matters worse, this location is drive-through only. So, if you value your punctuality, avoid this place like the plague unless you're prepared to wait 30 minutes for a cup of coffee.

Horrendous staff. I went in and 3 staff members looked at me standing at the register, ready to order. They said nothing to me and didn't approach me for almost 10 minutes. After ordering, the girl with glasses slid my food without even making sure the right person got it. And when I said there was a coffee with it, she didn't look back at all nor did anyone acknowledge me when I said "I have a coffee" again and louder. Please close this location down or fire the whole staff. They are rude, not attentive, inconsistent with making orders (they said they had no stevia but I saw and pointed out an entire box of it that they "didn't know was there") This is sad, especially when I'm talking about adult employees NOT MINORS.

Absolutely terrible. The staff! You’d think they’re getting beat to be here. I stood there for 8 minutes. Didn’t even get greeted! One of the customers ended up leaving. Because it than became 10 minutes before they actually acknowledged theyre PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!! Absolutely terrible. Wish I could post the video I took while I was there. People standing around talking about how they want to go home etc. while 5 people are in your lobby and hasn’t even been serviced yet. I’m reaching out to cooperate or if they see this and can get back to me please!! I have a video

Place my order through the mobile app at 7:15am didn't receive it until 7:40am there was able 6 staff there and had to say something twice. No matter how many times I place a mobile order at this location its never ready!!! Definitely wont be back

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I went in there June 21st 2024 and ordered at 3:16pm. I asked the guy for a strawberry coolatta and asked for a swirl in the cup. The guy working refused to put a swirl in it. I proceeded to tell him I always order it this way and that I’m pregnant it’s the only way my baby lets me hold it down. He proceeded to tell me I couldn’t do the swirl. I got angry ordered it as is without the swirl and on top of that it was a very hot day. After I left I was disappointed with my experience & tried my best to drink it and ended up puking it all up. I refuse to ever go to this dunkin again they do not care about making their customers happy or satisfied. This place has really went down hill.

Absolute garbage! The staff are incredible ignorant! If you don’t want the job, quit! Second, I ordered a coffee with two cream, I received what appears to be a cup of water with cream in it. I would never use Dunkin again!

Great location and parking, unfortunately the staff is missing or fighting with each other. I was ignored at derive through and drove to window where the staff acknowlwdged me and a male and a female started arguing and yelling as " she was lazy and not doing her job". Seemed like she hit him as he challenged her to "put your hands on me again" and she said she didn't care. They were cursing at each other with window open and of course git my order wribg but I wanted out. I took 2 videos and I am looking where to send them. This is not only disrespectful for co-workers but for costumers looking fir a good or at least normal experience.
