We really like Schuyler St. Dunkin. Everyone is always nice to us and takes very good care of us. It is one of our go to Dunkin locations and we are from Ilion. Ilion and Schuyler St., Utica is our two main locations.

I went to get a simple warmed crossiant with lite butter and I went to go use the napkins and they had a strong cigarette smell to them so the girl that is putting the napkins in the Bags must have smoked then came back in and started working behind the counter that is very disgusting and nasty and it completely turned my stomach I will also be calling corporate because no one was answering the phone so I could speak to a manager

Went through the drive thru for a strawberry coolata. It was so bitter and disgusting that neither my son nor I would drink it. We always get them and they never taste like that!!!
First off how are u gonna put ICE CAPPUCCINO and give me a ice coffee second how you gonna put large and not even fill

I stopped at this Duncan yesterday afternoon to get a coffee. I went through the drive-through around 3:30 in the afternoon and ordered a hot coffee with cream and sugar and a shot of espresso. I pulled up to the drive-through window paid for my seven dollar coffee and was handed a coffee that had coffee spilt all over the lid. The girl added me the coffee looked as though she was sick. I took my coffee and left and quickly realized there was no cream, so I pulled back through the line explained that my coffee was wrong. The girl takes my coffee takes off the lid with her hands, and I just pulled away. Absolutely disgusting. You should look presentable when you’re in food service in encounters like yesterday reassure me that my $1200 espresso maker was well worth the investment as I will never and I repeat never step foot in another overpriced Unsanitarycoffee establishment again!!!!

This girl is so rude! I told her to give us a minute to think about our order and she kept repeating “can I help you? X6” so I had to respond of my order because I wasn’t going to be rushed. I got there to pay and receive my food my mother put her hand out the window to give her the card and literally no effort she didn’t even try to reach to get the card she just says “I can’t reach” like huh? She didn’t even try to reach out while my mom had open the car door to give it to her. So rude and unprofessional. Please someone who’s an adult to be around these young people I can tell there’s no one older who supervises them!
