I have never encountered a Dunkin' with slower service. Every single time I visit the drive-thru, I end up waiting an eternity just to place an order. It’s bafflingly inefficient. You pull up and literally wait around a full minute before someone acknowledges your presence—only to tell you they'll be with you shortly. This isn't an occasional glitch; it’s the norm, irrespective of the time of day. Mornings, afternoons, evenings—it doesn't matter—this location operates at a snail's pace.
The drive-thru operates on a one-order-at-a-time basis, and this seriously hinders any notion of fast service. They will not take another order until the previous one is out the window. Regardless of how many cars are lined up or what time it is, the staff here can only seem to manage one order at a time. The worst part? The coffee is no different than what you get at any other Dunkin'. You would think that with service this slow, they'd at least make it worthwhile with exceptional coffee, but nope. Same standard taste.
At first, I assumed it was a staffing issue. Maybe they were short-staffed and struggling to keep up. I was empathetic. However, I've seen firsthand that staffing isn’t always the issue. Even when there’s ample staff present, the service doesn't get any faster. It just left me utterly confused and incredibly frustrated.
In a nutshell, this is the slowest Dunkin' I’ve ever experienced, and it makes zero sense why they can’t streamline their operations to serve more than one car at a time. It’s a painfully slow ordeal every visit.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The service at this Dunkin’ was ridiculously slow, and the staff didn’t acknowledge us at all. I thought using the kiosk would make things faster, but it seemed like they weren’t even checking the orders. When I asked about mine, they just pulled the sticker from the receipt machine like they had never seen it before—meanwhile, there was a huge backlog of stickers, meaning tons of orders were probably being ignored or delayed. Clearly, from all the other bad reviews, this place shouldn’t even be open. It’s completely disorganized and a waste of time.

TERRIBLE customer service. Awfully rude to their customers saying “leave before i beat your ass” when you could have just remade the drink you made incorrectly. They could use a serious attitude adjustment

This location was incredibly busy. The drive-thru was up to the road and the counter service was at least eight people deep. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or if there was a large event going on that caused the large rush of people. It did look that they did not have a full supply of baked goods in the cabinet which was not what I was there for. Will not go on to detail on customer service because they could have just been stressed because of the long lines but it wasn't the most pleasant experience for a cup of coffee.
If I could give a 0 rating that's what I would give. I placed a mobile order and waited 20 mins in the drive thru because the worker was taking one car at a time. I had 2 cars in front of me when I pulled up to the drive thru. The worker would take one order at a time and make people sit at the speaker until they completed the order for the car at the window.
The whole point of placing a mobile order is to be qui k, this was the least quickest way to order my $3.49 coffee.

Worst dunkin donut I have ever been .5 people working inside and instead of making my coffe that I have waited for 10 minutes they are just joking around and talking and whwn I asked for my coffee I get an attitude.

Their variety box of donuts is great! Always fresh. The staff are friendly and the store is clean.
