Went in location today to order fries to go, was told they had no fries when clearly in the fryer baskets were French fries waiting to be cooked, but was told they were out a of fries and we're not going to cook any. I will not be returning to this location ever. If I could give less than a star I certainly would!! Secondly, it was 1:45 in the afternoon.

A very Loud environment ~ the tile floors ( obviously for easy cleaning ) and metal chair feet, leave alot to be desired, The Lunch ( with my Aunt ) was Delicious & made Right to our individual requests & tasty

Wow came up from Longisland how excited to see you there was a few of them up here in New York so I’ll definitely stop in. Check it out. It was pretty damn good. Still good thank you guys for working at every single one of the stores keep it the way it is

Found a very long hair (at least shoulder length) in my burger. It 100% isn't mine as my hair is 4 inches long. Tried calling but no answer. Wish i could get a refund.

Ummmm where is my burger? Drove all the way back home to find no burger just bacon on my bacon burger.....
A little expensive, but the food was great. The Cajun fries were good, just beware they have a little bite to them. Had a bacon cheeseburger too and it was great. If you get fries, get the smallest portion if you're by yourself. I got a large and could not finish them all after eating the burger. The staff were very friendly. I ordered online and got there about 5 mins later and the food was already in a bag waiting for me. I will definitely come back here in the future, overall great experience.

Good food but pricey. Expect to pay around $40 to $50 for 2 people. Service is fairly quick. Multiple topping options for burgers and hot dogs. French fries still have the skins on them. They are excellent.
I get the feeling that the cow used for this burger was flown in from India just for the meat — otherwise, I have no idea how they came up with these prices.

Majority of the staff are polite but there is a female manager whom seems to think it's ok to talk down to her staff as if she is their parent in front of customers..it was very uncomfortable to watch as she kept on going even after the other employee was trying to defuse the situation...she had a sour face and stormed off slamming a door...another customer asked for a time estimate for a order and she and another female employee ignored her and made rude comments...it was giving a high-school mean girl atmosphere...I asked their names and they refused to provide it but other employees later gave me the names. Very Unprofessional and I don't know how anyone would want to work a shift with them.
