Majority of the staff are polite but there is a female manager whom seems to think it's ok to talk down to her staff as if she is their parent in front of customers..it was very uncomfortable to watch as she kept on going even after the other employee was trying to defuse the situation...she had a sour face and stormed off slamming a door...another customer asked for a time estimate for a order and she and another female employee ignored her and made rude comments...it was giving a high-school mean girl atmosphere...I asked their names and they refused to provide it but other employees later gave me the names. Very Unprofessional and I don't know how anyone would want to work a shift with them.

So .. I’m waiting a few minutes behind a customer that is ordering some burgers etc when it’s my turn . cashier while walking away looks at me and says it’s going to be a while anx turns around and walks away so,,, I turned around and walked out !

It isn’t that I wouldn’t recommend Five Guys, but I would suggest being aware. My parents and I ate there for our first time on Thursday 1-23. The burger and dogs were very good. We loved all the topping choices, even though we didn’t get many. The fries could have been great, except they were very salty. We tried knocking the salt off, but they still were. We didn’t eat all of them. Well, by early Friday morning, my father was in the ER in Syracuse! The doctor said the overabundance of salt intake was the likely cause of his blood pressure going so high and affecting his heart rate! He spent many hours in the ER undergoing many tests before he felt well enough to come home. It was a scary day! Again, I wouldn’t discourage anyone from eating there, but if you don’t want or can’t have ton of salt on your fries, be sure to specify when you order. I would suggest that the cook lay off the salt.. put a shaker out for those who want extra.

Greet and ordering were fine. Milkshake was not mixed properly and had slurs of syrup in it. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger with lettuce tomato mayo raw onions . Small fries. Arrived with pickles I didn’t ask for but no onions . It was a good burger so I didn’t return it. Got a small cup of fries and a triple order was dumped on top of the bag. Fries were an amalgamation of room temperature clean cut and chunks of what looked like three or four time refried leftovers ., I kid you not. Now the dismay. It cost $45 for two burgers small fries with a small cola and a milkshake.
EXPENSIVE- definition: commanding a high price especially one that is not based on intrinsic worth or that is beyond a buyers prospective means
We were in the parking lot at Lowe’s Utica and figured we would save time eating somewhere close. Roosters is a high quality considerably less costly experience
