I am one not to complain and I order from here weekly sometimes several times today I ordered my usual House MEI fun my boyfriend went into pay up and gave the lady two 20’s because we ordered two orders of them. She gave him back four dollars so he came out with food and said to me the prices went up they’re $18 apiece. I said absolutely not so we went back inside and she’s arguing with him that she gave him A $10 bill and four ones he literally came out with four ones she said why did he go out to the car and then come back in? And I told her because I told them they weren’t $18 apiece. They were nine dollars apiece and she continued to argue saying she gave him $10 and four ones well guess what keep your $10 and you no longer will have my business so at the end of the day you lose I lost $10 you lost a weekly if not more customer like we’re gonna argue over $10 if she gave it to us smh!!! So yeah, we paid $36 for two orders of house MEI fun!!!! And when they count their register And see that they’re $10 over an apology would be nice ,

Ordered pork fried rice-delicious,fried dumpling-got cooked frozen potstickers not good,won ton soup- tasteless meat wrapped in what was equivalent to a lasagna noodle, very miserable woman who took my order, to explain it best= gave them a 2 star rating only because the bottled water,orange soda and rice were good. VOID if you like authentic Asian cuisine. Too many shortcuts.

I order from Grand Harmony each Saturday and they are quick and fast and I live on the East Side of Utica. I love there friendly over the phone service and friendly delivery driver I always tip him well. My meal is always fresh, very hot , and delicious. I normal order Pork Fried Rice, chicken and broccoli combo meal or sesame chicken combo meal with egg roll, cream cheese wontons.
Just got my lunch combo beef with snow peas and well , it didn't disappoint!!

Just got take out. Lo Mein for myself, Pork fried white rice for my friend. Lo Mein was delicious, with lots of shrimp. My friend said the fried rice was the BEST she ever had! Keep up the good work Grand Harmony!
