The food is really good and great price, I got the lunch special and added some Mac and cheese and total was around 12. The food is very flavorful some of the best carribean food in utica.
My friend and I went here for lunch. We tried the jerk chicken and curry goat, both of which were very delicious. The curry goat had bones in it, which seems to be the standard, but they were in big pieces and easy to remove. The goat meat was cooked perfectly. Both dishes came with a nice but small side of cabbage and a large side of seasoned rice with beans. The sides were very good too. I was surprised that we were served food in takeout containers when we were dining in, but...
My husband ordered take-out and everything was delicious... ox tail - good.. Brown stew chicken- good .. Jerk chicken- good ... curried goat- good. And the beef patties... also ... good... He said he enjoyed his chat with the owner Donald and we look forward to a sit-down meal with some ginger wine... also bonus points for the insulated bag to keep the food warm.. truly appreciate it... the food was still hot after the hour trip to get me from the airport
