We made a last minute reservation because we had to change venues for a picky eater. We were celebrating my MIL's birthday. She had the ribeye and loved it. That's all that really mattered. We also ordered the burger, a pizza, chicken francaise and Tuscan chicken. Everything was delicious. We were early so the place wasn't too busy and the service was top notch! The waitress surprised us with a dish of ice cream with a sparkler in it for the birthday girl. It was so awesome! Great service!

Iconic is so underrated! Our meal was amazing, service was great and drinks were delicious. It was quiet, but we didn't mind it. The restuarant is beautiful. I ordered the Tuscan chicken but with no cheese/dairy. The modifications didn't compromise the taste of the meal at all. We will definitely be making Iconic a more regular dinner and drinks spot for us.

Rachel the server was very pleasant and professional. I had the chicken rigi's and the flavor was outstanding however there was very little chicken and the pasta was overcooked. The bread with the gravy is a favorite!

The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and the service was OK. The food however is the reason for the rating. We ordered the greens, the cheesy garlic bread, and the bang bang cauliflower for appetizers. The greens were not fresh and they were covered with about a half an inch of cheese on top that was not only overcooked but hard and cold as were the greens underneath. The cheesy garlic bread somehow managed to be both burnt and cold all at once as well as the sauce that it was served with was ice cold however, the bang bang cauliflower was outstanding, and it was actually kind of warm! Cauliflower was the winner! 10/10 on the cauliflower!!! Then we decided to split an entrée. We had their special which I don't recall what they named it but it was a pounded out chicken breast that was so thin and so dry that you couldn't cut it with a steak knife, covered in cheese and meat, which was on top of a undercooked fettuccine with peas and some kind of weird cheese sauce ...I don't know. It was disgusting. I won't be going back. And I've given them multiple opportunities and once in a while, it's OK but most of the time it's been awful and it cost me $127 but to be fair that was with tip and another couple was with us and they each ordered their own entrées, but there was no alcohol. So it's a no for me.

The food was delicious. However, all of our meals were not really hot enough. The service was fantastic. The ambience was fantastic. It's a beautiful place. Drinks are overpriced! Meals slightly overpriced for the amount of food you receive. Bread should be served on the table. You should not have to buy it.

Meh. The appetizers took a long time to arrive. The calamari was really salty and the greens seemed under seasoned. The main courses also took a long time to arrive. My fra diavolo had 4 clams 2 shrimp and a super overcooked scallop. For the price ($40), very disappointed.

The food is always good; it's too bad they took the bread and sauce away. It was my favorite reason to dine there. The servers are pleasant, but they appear to be understaffed sometimes. I made 2 reservations via Open Table this week and have not received the 100 points per visit yet.

Believe this was our 4th time at Iconic. The other 8 members of our party had never been. Universal opinion that Iconic is a great restaurant. The waitress was exceptional with her timing and attentiveness.We highly recommend this restaurant! It is one of the best in this immediate area

I didn't catch the name of the bartender who helped me, so I apologized.... I arrived 5 minutes early and she was setting up 3 seats for us at the bar.... I sent a request with my reservation and it was made.. I thanked her and my party arrived.... She was busy at the bar but was very attentive the entire night.... I had the raspberry smasher I think it was called and had 2 more thru the night.... The birthday girl and her daughter had a red wine.. Greens arrived and DELICIOUS and then the main course arrived.. Filet for me, a grilled chicken sandwich and a salad with a filet in it which I wished I ordered.. My filet was cooked perfectly and the other meals were delicious as well.. We sat at the bar for a couple of hours without being rushed.. I was very happy with the food and more so the service.. Nowadays service is far from superb but this wasn't the case.. She was pleasant, sociable, knowledgeable and hard working.. Good was great but the service made our night and I wanted to take a moment to focus on the POSITIVE!!
Iconic was great I would definitely recommend this place for cocktails and lunch or dinner....however I was wondering who dose the catering for the hotel venue and can people choose their own catering for this venu???

This is my forth time at this restaurant, however my last visit was not good. food was very bad last Tuesday. fish with crab was spoiled, the calamari was very dry and just crumbs, the pork chop very dry and the salmon very old and dry, just did not complain because was an special occasion for my son and wife coming from Philadelphia to visit us and did not want to give a bad impression to them. very disappointed.

Jasmine B was awesome. She was attentive, respectful, as well as helpful. We had the Chicken Riggies, Cbicken Milanese, Risotto, Mashed Potatoes, Cucumber Salad, and Crjeme Brulee. Each bite was as delicious as the next. We were both stuffed. The food, as well as the service was top notch. She deserves a huge raise. Would definitely come again.
Went here for date night. This was our first time here and wow! This place is a hidden beauty! We started with the Utica Greens as recommended, yum! They had a Pork Chop Milanese special and it was the best pork chop I have ever had. My husband had the chicken Asiago. So good. The service here is impeccable. From great cocktails and conversation at the bar, to our waitress Jackie for dinner. We will be back!
