We had a great meal! I got the chicken francaise and my husband got a burger. We had the greens for an appetizer and both agreed they were some of the best greens we've ever had. Reason being is that they weren't moist and mushy. They were delicious!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner but we were most impressed by the ambience and the prompt and efficient service we received. The servers were attentive without being intrusive. Our Iconic tenders were absolutely delicious and the sauce, although spicy, enhanced them. This was a very reasonably priced restaurant and we will be back again.

We chose Iconic at the Hotel Utica for a special family dinner for our out of town wedding guests. From the moment we arrived, the entire evening was perfect in every way. Check-in was quick and easy, and drinks at the bar were delicious! Our reservation was ready, and the table was set awaiting our arrival. We enjoyed Chicken Riggies, Steak, Salmon, and many delicious appetizers. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. There are many restaurant choices in the Utica area, but nothing comes close to the Iconic dining experience. Thank you for taking great care of our family for this special evening. We will be back again soon!!!

First time here, celebrating an anniversary. Ashley made sure our table was especially lovely with rose petals and a candle. She was delightful and attentive. The lamb and the Chicken Francaise were excellent. The flourless chocolate cake (shared) was the perfect ending.

Rachel did an amazing job serving my colleagues and I. When she wasn’t socializing with us she was making sure the bar was crisp and clean!

Okay, so from the jump, this place had a good vibe. But our server, Rachel, took it to another level! Super friendly, knew the menu inside and out, and was always one step ahead of what we needed. Seriously, top-notch service! Now, the real MVP: the chicken sandwich. Forget everything you think you know about chicken sandwiches. This was next-level stuff. The chicken was juicy and packed with flavor, the sauce was on point, and the bun? Perfectly toasted. Every bite was a flavor explosion! Basically, this place nailed it. Rachel's awesome service and that mind-blowing chicken sandwich? 5/5, no question. I'm already planning my next visit!
