Amazing chef, Matt Grabski, from Joey’s 307 on Mohawk Street in Utica, proved to be an excellent choice for a caterer for my step-daughter’s beautiful wedding this weekend! My step-daughter is a chicken parm connoisseur, so she selected it for one of her wedding meal buffet entrées, and Matt’s chicken parm received outstanding reviews!! I went to dinner at Joey‘s at 307 over the weekend. I must say it was by far one of the finest dinners I have had in a very long time. The food was beyond exceptional…seafood risotto was phenomenal!!!! And the wait staff…a 10! We can’t wait to dine there again
