We had trouble communicating with the employee inside while going thru drive-thru. We ordered 2 meals, an all wht.,orig, 2 pm w/ biscuit & a 2pc with biscuit. Both also had med drinks. Food was hot and good, driveway to exit is somewhat cumbersome with the way installed adjacent to bldg. We ate in car. Seemed like headset or operator was malfunctioning at that time.

Cold food taste as though it's been over recommended time of heating. DO NOT DEAR DOORDASH YOUR FOOD COLD AND PUT TOGETHER ANYWAY BUT WHAT YOU ASK FOR

Absolutely ridiculous. They took forever to even finish my order, one girl had an attitude and ive never had to pay for sauce for my nuggets but I was charged today for sauce with nuggets. Never ever go there again

Me and my family stop by after visiting the zoo we come from all the way from Albany we picked up some pizza for the children on the way over we were only there for 20 minutes one of the staff there stole our food then they said they couldn't give us a refund and to make matters work supervisor that was there was lying for her saying that someone must have picked it up which should be impossible because they said that you have to show ID to pick it up and my mom had her ID with her the entire time we have to call customer care and they said they give us our money back in a couple days i'm never buying at a KFC ever again this was the last straw their business and service always sucks I only wish I could give this a lower star review

I made a moble purchase while leaving the Utica Zoo and when got to the store i was told that my order was already picked by someone else. The so call manager and supervisor said that they can't do anything about that. My kids and I had to drive 1hr and 40mins back to albany with no food or a refund.

I have never left a bad review for a restaurant but my service today was so bad that I feel the need to. I waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes just to be told my online order was lost and I needed to park and wait for my food. I asked if I could just get a refund if it wasn’t even ready but they said it would be a hassle since I ordered through the app. I waited 10 more minutes and went inside to check on the status of my order. There were 5 people waiting in line in front of me and everyone in the back was ignoring them. Nobody was working the front register so the people in front of me eventually left after receiving nothing. Right after they left, 40 minutes later, my food was finally ready and given to me. The food was fine but my advice: save yourself from time and just eat somewhere else.

Food was okay. But when my husband picked the food up the lady at the counter was pretty rude to him thinking he was an uber driver. Got home to realize they gave 3 orders of honey garlic wings and 1 honey bbq when it was supposed to be the opposite. Went back down there and I went in, politely explained and showed them. The same lady tried saying my husband grabbed the wrong bag and rushed out of there (I was in the car when he picked it up and he didn't come out to quickly) so I showed her the tag on it and told her that IS in fact my name, so it was the right order, they just switched the amount of each I was supposed to get which is understandable. Then she shows me the bottle of the sauce from the line as she's remaking it and points out the name to "prove" it was the correct one. She also was rude to another customer before she had assisted me when they asked her for a tray because they were eating here and rudely said her screen showed it as a takeout order (multiple times) and she was the one who was taking orders.

Multiple things with my order I didn’t mind when the biscuits were smashed on top of the chicken then I didn’t mind that it wasn’t crispy. It was original when I ordered crispy and then third of all, they gave me three tiny pieces of chicken and three pieces, a full size chicken.
