Overall disappointed waited in line for 12 minutes before anyone even came to the counter food is almost thrown in rhe bag very messy im not thrilled management think about your staff

I went to order myself a warm meal. The service was great and my food was nice and fresh. I seen the workers were struggling but were trying their best.

STAY AWAY!
Drove here because it was closest to me. Drive thru was closed, told me to come in and order. Went in and ordered a large order of fries, time on receipt was 8:11 pm, walked out of there at 8:51 pm. Would have left 15 minutes after waiting but was curious to see how long it would take. 40 MINUTES FOR A LARGE FRY. drive across town if you have to, you’ll save more time.

Forget going through the drive through. Sat in line for 10 mins and no one took our order. Has happened multiple times.

Horrible customer service. Has me waiting more than 20 minutes when I’m saying “hello” multiple times to the speaker in the drive thru with no reply. Food takes forever to make and I’m still currently waiting as I give this place a review.

Had to wait over 15 min for my food. Rap music playing on workers phone behind counter. McDonald’s used to be way different, very disappointing.

This McDonald’s location has becomed one of the worst McDonald’s in all of Utica the workers are so disrespectful and the food is either cold or or hard as a rock I ordered a filet of fish sandwich and fish was so overcooked I ended up taking one bite and threw it out and the workers are cussing and talk back to you when u try to get a refund definitely will not be going there again if I could rate a zero I would have fire the workers there because they are the worst you can put there so disappointing

I sat in the drive through at the order section of it for twenty minutes without even so much as a single word spoken to me , telling me that it was going to be a longer than expected weight or anything there rude untrained , and cant comprehend how to take an order every time I've been there in past.
Every time I go there, there's always a problem whether they missed part of my order or gave me cold stale French fries.\Or an exceptionally long, wait time now. Considering that I've worked in fast food business, I understand that there's a certain time frame. The orders are supposed to be taken, and I also understand that things can get hectic when you're short staffed or training new people. But at the least as a common courtesy, letting them know that you're aware that an individual is in the drive through, and that you will get to them as soon as possible its like a bare minimal and for most people, common sense thing to do. Plz train n hire better staff. Your losing alpt of customers in that location as of this time!

Don't go there for late night orders (after 11:20 pm), terrible customer service (very rude) due to a shortage of staff. Worse experience so far at a fast food. Only two people were working, and one was about to check out. Drive thru waited 15 minutes without anybody saying us it close or to wait. When u trynna find out by going to the windows, they give you confusingly directive like we only do pick up at the window go around and order inside. When I drive around, the door is locked. Waited again for someone to open the door so I can place my order when I was about to place it by the screen I double checked with the female staff member (only person on shift there) she ans me very rudely. I end up giving up on my order and look for a better place to eat at. I understand it's not the lady fault she we crazy busy working by herself, but if it was me, I would care better about customer inquiries and make them understand the situation that they short on staff and apologize. The managers are 100% responsible here and give a bad reputation to McDonald's firms

I've never had such consistently slow service at a McDonald's. I should have plenty of time to purchase and finish eating my food on an hour lunch break but it's never a guarantee here. Staff are always too busy socializing.
Ordered on the app and had to wait 30 minutes in the drive through line. When i got the the window the cashier just stared at me and was rude because i couldn’t read her mind and tell her my order number. I could hear her talking bad about me to the other people working there.
Then she told me they don’t have fries or the mccafé drink i ordered. I asked for a refund for my missing items and she said because I ordered on the app I can’t get a refund. Then she rudely told me to leave because I was holding up the line.
I understand they are short staffed but I was very patient and calm and nice despite the long wait and her treatment of me. She treated me like I was trash wasting her time.
I contacted customer service and they didn’t help either. They told me I should have gotten a refund at the store and when I told them I tried and they refused they stopped replying.
This location also always closed randomly even though it is supposed to be 24 hours. It will close without any notice with people still in line waiting to order.

Floors so greasy that you can barely walk without slipping and can’t even pee without slipping. I leaned again a wall and my feet moving the minute I leaned. The workers have an attitude and treat it like it’s a play place. At 6 o’clock at night
