My favorite spot to go to lunch, the staff is always welcoming and the service is top notch. Probably one of the only places I’ve been to that has FAST and friendly service. I just wish they were open long enough for me to get dinner as well?

I've been going to mellos for years, my husband and I have been frequent customers over the years and have always been treated very well, I called today and they have a new employee that answered my call and he was very rude to the point where I cancelled my order!! I simply asked to have one of my condiments on the side and he told me "that he could but it would be a pain" very poor customer service!!

This is kind of a late review, but I was working in Marcy in 2021 building Wolfspeed, we used to go here once a week. Being from Philly, I love me a good sammich, and lemme tell ya, these people got em! Great food and the staff was always on point. I miss this establishment VERY much.

Easily the best sandwich in Utica, don't waste your time elsewhere. Their small is like everyone else's large, too. I can't imagine what an XL sub looks like!If I could give more than 5 stars I would, and sorry but I ate the whole sandwich before remembering to take a Pic lol

It's hard to go anywhere else for subs once you've had Mello's. They get it right with their fresh bread. Try their delicious hot pepper relish too. Always quick and friendly.
