Nanabi is one of our favorite spots. Customer service is efficient and friendly, and the space is clean and welcoming. We love a number of menu options, including the tofu katsu and Thai iced tea. I always get the sweet potato fries with Nanabi signature sauce as well. Happy to have this spot in downtown Utica!Vegetarian options: Lots of delicious options and everything is made clear on the menu and by the staff.

The fried chicken is the bomb, the boa buns are amazing, the gyoza is delicious, I could honestly list the entire menu it's all so good and they have the BEST fruit slushies and boba teas. The guys working are always super friendly and get the food out fast, hot and fresh. I seriously love Nanabi!

Tiny little place. Mostly oriented toward takeout and DoorDash. About 8 seats total in the restaurant if you want to eat in. But the service is great, and the food was amazing. Very highly recommended!

They didn’t have much room to seat so I did pick up order. The customer service was excellent, he guy was skin and explain as I needed help decision what to eat. The food was Amazing, it was delicious and I love the boba. Going Again!

We each got a bento box. The rice and protein were weren't very flavorful and slightly undercooked and the sides were very underwhelming. The sweet potato "fries" were more like just soft little cubes. The corn tasted like it was straight out of a can in the fridge. Both of which lacked flavor. Overall, the price was definitely not worth what you get.

The food here was delicious! Portions were perfect. Place is clean and staff was very nice. It is located on a pretty busy street downtown, so parking may be a little difficult at times. The Krispy Chicken Buns were AMAZING!!
