I ordered a Pepperoni 🍕 Sheet pizza 🍕 for Delivery!! I have been doing business with Palermo's for 10 plus Year's and tonight Pizza was Horrible it's Raw dough on the top and I never received the Pepperoni on it all I got was Burnt Cheese Pizza and I Ordered a sheet pizza with pepperoni and Xtra cheese and it's missing sauce!!! I'M waiting for the Owner to call me back it's been 25 minutes and Nooo Call back!!!! Also when you pull the piece of pizza the top comes right off 😡😡 Leaving the bottom crust it's like 2 dough's on top of each other!!! This is the 4th time!! But tonight Pizza is Awful!!!! first time ever!😡😡😡Even my Son's are Complaining about it! 😡😡 They charged me $38.89 for a Horrible Pizza. Plus I always Tip the Driver!!! 😡😡😡🤬😠😠 Thank you Priscilla!!!

Delivery driver was rude and judgemental stating that she would not come in our building because she didn't want to bring home bugs which I have never had any bugs in my home ever. And I have lived in Historical Park Apts. Over 26 years. I will never order pizza from them ever again. Alot of tenants heard her say it. So she lost a lot of customers for your business!!

I ordered some food from Parmaros a day ago and halfway through eating the food, and swallowed plastic hard plastic, and nearly choked. My daughter called Parmaros the next day and told them about it and they didn’t even care so sad Won’t be ordering from them anymore

WALKED IN FOR SLICES, PLAIN AND ASKED FOR EXTRA CRISPY, I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED BEFORE I LEFT. We ordered the large pizza and 20 wing special and a large antipasto. There was a little glitch where our food was given to the delivery person. We got our food and an apology. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the food was great. Their garlic parm wings are fabulous and pizza was the right balance. I’ll definitely go back.
