I had the most horrible experience, ordered pizza wings n a Pepsi n didn’t receive my Pepsi delivery was well over n hour n 20 mins, I swear I will never order from this place again not to mention they take their phone off the hook also call numerous times to correct it only to get a busy signal for over n hour

Well let me say this ....the garlic knots are definitely good... But the owner so tight... And will and dose cut every corner to save or not spend a dime more then necessary every on staff and or product...it's clean for sure .. my point is the owner just had thousands of dollars of upgrades to his building at the cost of taxpayers of Utica NY, via" URBAN RENEWAL " YOU THINK HE WOULD BE HUMBLED W FREE REMODELING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF HIS BUSINESS...BUT THANKFULLY HE IS NOT THEIR OFTEN ...SO STAFF DOSE MAINTAIN A GOOD PRODUCT ..
HOWEVER THEY ARE CLOSED ON WEEKEND ... ??????? THATS VIA CHEAP OWNER.... AND IF YOU WANT GREAT FOOD UTICA STYLE,, GO TO OSGUGNIZZO PIZZA ON BLEEKER STR, OR PIZZA PLUS ON HERKIMER ROAD..BOTH ARE OPEN EVERYDAY BUT MONDAY..AND DELIVERY.....

The pizza had obviously been dropped. All the cheese, toppings, etc were all on one side. Flavor good though. Super disappointed when got home to have to reconstruct pizza.

We drove up to Utica from South Carolina for a wedding and walked around, stumbling into this fantastic place, my wife and I both got calzones and they were amazing. Highly recommend.
