I had a catering order, so stay with me.
Food looked great, people seemed to enjoy it. Price on food items was very reasonable but here is where you lost me.
On a $130 bill, I had $46 worth of charges that did not pertain to any food.. $10 delivery, perfectly fair and acceptable, a 20% gratuity charge. What exactly am I leaving gratuity for ? I’m not being served, it’s a delivery and you already charged me for delivery. Plus a $7 credit card charge which I think if you want my business the cc charge is ridiculous.
This place has so many delicious-sounding items that it's so difficult to only order one every time I go- everything is my favorite! If you like variety and trying new flavors and always in the mood for something different but super tasty and filling, you'll love Roso's. Even if you like consistency and order the same thing each time, you'll love Roso's. The specials are so imaginative and unique, the food is super fresh and always hot, and the beet salad is my favorite to order on the side. I keep coming back because I'm determined to try everything on the menu! And they're FAST! I recommend calling in a take out order instead of ordering online, their variety isn't completely captured using the online menu.
12/11/24 delivery via grubhub took over 35 minutes due to other deliveries, this is such BS!
The breakfast burrito was delicious. would order that again. The Bahama mama salad ( my favorite salad here) was not fresh this time.. most of all ingredients were old & mushy. These old items Should not of been included in a salad costing $12, the cucumbers were old, the purple lettuce was slimy & gross. Most of strawberries were old as well. Very very disappointed in the salad this time. I'll attach a couple pics, sometimes it's hard to see the oldness in pics. House balsamic Dressing was tasty. Coffee was good. Hope this was just an uncaring employee & will not be the norm for salads.
You guys!!! This is a gem of a place! I was on my way to Saratoga Springs and I was starving so I made a pit stop here after googling “best avocado toast in Utica.”
Roso’s is located on the 2nd floor of the Adirondack Bank Center. It’s super cute and inviting inside. Theyre known for their catering, but you can also come in for a sit down breakfast/lunch or order out! I could tell this is a local favorite because the waitress knew the customers by name. Love it!
I ordered the California Breakfast Sandwich which is eggs, spinach, tomatoes, onions, avocado, pesto served on your choice of bread. THIS SANDWICH was easily one of the most delicious breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. And I make a MEANNNNNNN breakfast sandwich.
Go here! The prices are also great. I would definitely come back on my way through Utica.
They have a very good and delicious variety of sandwiches. They close at 1:00 and they are located in the second floor
My Absolute favorite Avocado toast anywhere!

I ordered the 2 full trays raspberry pork tenderloin as an appetizer for a party. They were a hit. People kept coming back for more. Unbelievably delicious. They could very well be seved as an entree. And they were delicious cold.i "caught" people going into the fridge and helping themselves. Also the raspberry dressing is not overly sweet. Just perfect. I wish I had a photo to post.

Recommended dishes: Chicken over Greens Sandwich
Ordered platters for Christmas Eve, got bagels breakfast sandwich platter and a muffin platter. Food was delivered to our house on time, the food had large portions and price was reasonable. Everyone was very happy. Surprised that even though the sandwiches looked heavy they tasted fresh and light. The sausage and bacon were not greasy and the muffins were fluffy and large. No left overs! Would recommend and order again.
Vegetarian options: Ask for some sandwiches with no meat, very good

Small, dark cafe on the second floor of the bank building, doesn't look like much but has great food and friendly service. Sweet potato fries may be the best in the world. They are very busy at lunch time with take out orders, so the local shops recognize where the great sandwiches come from. Extensive menu. This place is a hidden gem, worth the effort to find. Ground floor store front is closed so follow the directions to get to the inside shop.

Picked up lunch and the order slip was on the floor so the food was not even started when I arrived. Order took almost 30 minutes for some salads.

Friendly staff, fresh food, nice place for a quick work lunch.
This is a must go stop off of the NY State Thruway. Rosos’ has an extensive sandwich, salad and soup menu. My parents and I ordered the Roberts, the Carlos and the Uncle sandwiches. Each sandwich was flavorful, fresh and delicious. There is plenty of street parking. We will definitely come back!
