I love this Starbucks location, however these past few days I’ve been met with a nasty attitude along with my drink not being made right. I never like to underestimate any food service provider work, I just don’t understand why the attitude is taken out on the costumer. It feels like they know my order and purposely mess it up. smh!

I ordered DoorDash yesterday 1/4/26 at 3:49 PM I ordered a chicken flatbread, cold brew and chocolate croissant. typically my coffee isn’t that special. Whoever took their time to craft my cold brew deserves the recognition. This might’ve been the best drink I’ve ever ordered from Starbucks and it’s literally the same order I order all the time. I really do appreciate when workers take their time to make sure the drink is pretty & well made. Thank you to the worker who made my coffee, it really put me in a great mood for my shift.

I got every weekend for coffee for work and they take great care of me. I see the same faces and they are super polite and nice. I feel bad not remembering the one kids name who always gets me my coffee. But he rocks always gets my coffee right. Ill get his name and add it here so he gets the compliment lol

This was our first time ordering from this Starbucks location. The first time was okay, but this time the coffee didn’t really even taste like coffee. I have no other words to describe it besides bitter and bland. The matcha was okay though. The service on the other hand, was excellent! The lady who took our order was nice and talked with enthusiasm.

I come into the Starbucks, I don’t get the greeting, I quite don’t understand how you have more people behind the counter than waiting in line, in this case one and you’re waiting for somebody to take your order. I order an egg bite and a tall coffee. I get called for my order and looking for the egg bite and it’s nowhere in sight. I go back to ask about the egg bite and she hadn’t even put it in the microwave. She puts the egg bite in and goes on a break. The other guy gets the egg bite out of the oven and gives it to me. I can get back to my table and the bag does not even have a fork. All I have to say is none of these “employees“ should quit the night job.

Picked up a coworkers order it took me standing there for 10 mins for someone to ask me what i was waiting for (i was waiting on pastries and saw them put the 2 drink i ordered on the counter). On top of waiting for more than ten minute for a mobile order to get finished, my tall 12oz hot chocolate was half filled with cocoa and the other half wipped cream. Id rather have a spoon full of whipped cream on top than have half my drink dumped out to put whipped cream on it

Just got my drink and it’s horrible. Everytime I order my drink you never know what you are going to get. 7 out of 10 times my drink is made wrong after I specifically ask for it a certain way. Caramel Macchiato With soy milk and heavy caramel drizzle and cup lined as well. These drinks are to expensive for me to not get my order the right way

Terrible location. Took 30 minutes to get 2 coffees. Just drive to a different state for your coffee it will take less time.
