Just got my drink and it’s horrible. Everytime I order my drink you never know what you are going to get. 7 out of 10 times my drink is made wrong after I specifically ask for it a certain way. Caramel Macchiato With soy milk and heavy caramel drizzle and cup lined as well. These drinks are to expensive for me to not get my order the right way

Terrible location. Took 30 minutes to get 2 coffees. Just drive to a different state for your coffee it will take less time.

They somehow messed up two of the exact same drinks—different sizes, different everything. When we asked them to fix it, they acted shocked like we were the problem. The place was empty, yet way overstaffed, and instead of working they were busy hanging out with their friends. Rude, unwelcoming, and hands down some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The food was not displayed but I did order some banana bread which was not fresh it was hard as a brick. Ugh.

Waited 30 minutes for my refresher and cake pop. The staff working was rude when I asked about the status of my order and they were filling orders with no sense of urgency. They were to busy taking pictures of ems taking care of a medical emergency outside. Don’t go here.

35 minutes in a drive threw that you can’t get out of a for a medium coffee. This is absolutely insane. With only 4 cars in front of me!!!

Ordered a Strawberry Creme Frappuccino Blended Beverage. They got the order wrong. No strawberry puree even though I ordered it. I usually order this exact same thing at other Starbucks and it is nothing like the one I got today. Tasted terrible. Not going there again. I guess they don't really care. On top of that, the staff gave of a totally entitled vibe.

There was coffee (yummy), folks drinking coffee, and lotsa coffee related stuff to buy that would advertise for Starbucks (not yummy). Then we left.

Went one time to pick up my mobile order and the employee (a young female) was very rude at the window and didn’t make our drinks correctly, then got upset when I asked her to add cold foam when I payed for it and told me they didn’t have it there. The next time I had this same employee she was again very miserable and made our drinks wrong again, one even being the wrong size. She didn’t give us our food at the window so I went inside and asked for it, she looked right at me and ignored me. The other worker was also right there and ignored me. Worker was clearly making a drink with bad milk and had to go back and fix it. I was standing for 5 minutes in the front with no one in the store in front or behind me with two workers and what looked to be manager all pretending I was not there and not acknowledging my presence, I then asked again and then was told to wait. After a bit of time went by the manger finally asked if I had been helped and told them I went through the drive thru and didn’t receive my food which was clearly sitting near the drive thru window in a bag. I was just at the window and she clearly knew she just saw me as she said my name and all she had to do was stop and give me my bag. Drinks were made with dairy milk instead of oat milk, one was the wrong size, and didn’t seem to be shaken. The employees seem miserable and have terrible customer service.

Atmosphere is great but the experience is awful. The informed us today at 5PM on a Friday that the manger was not feeling well and everyone must leave immediately. Took 15 minutes to get a mocha - got comfortable and then booted out. 4th try coming here… and last

Mobile ordered. It was very busy at 7am on a Sunday with only 3 people working. My app indicated that the drinks were ready, however, we waited another 10 minutes inside for them to be made.

This is my usual Starbucks location, and the staff always treat me kindly and with respect. The store is clean, parking is ample, and the service is quick - even when there's a line wrapping around the building.

I can't recommend it highly enough.
