The fact that faith deviated from what my online order said because she didn’t have certain items is unprofessional. She put items on my kids sandwich that could’ve cause an allergic reaction. This isn’t the first complaint about her. She did this to another woman early this morning then called the cops again. Don’t work ina place where you’re not going to follow order details. Then she told the manger I paid less than what my receipt says and I showed the cops my online order and my bank account said the same amount. Now what if I didn’t check the sandwiches and let my kid eat it. Mind you the other one was so messy that as soon as you open the paper condiments dripping out the paper pick the sub up to bite and everything sliding off the bread it was so soggy of mustard and mayo and nothing said extra!! I don’t play about my $ or my food. Usually I take pics but sweet baby Jesus I was so mad

This subway is absolutely disgusting stale bread old steak for the Philly cheese steak no green peppers no onions. Horrible service changed me $19.99 for two 6 inch subs when I clearly said a number 1 and a number 6 ! The sign inside and outside the restaurant says $6.99 for a 6 inch with drink and chips. I will be getting a hold of corporate.

So I've never even stepped foot in this Subway. Never even been to the state of New York. But I got an email alert that said someone ordered food (with my info and card info) to this location, and for it to be picked up in about 15 minutes. I immediately called these guys, and the manager said yes the order had been placed, but she canceled them immediately and refunded me on the spot. Of course I immediately changed my Subway password and removed card info. But thank God for this lady or they could have really had a hay day. Someone who actually cares about customers! If only I could be a fly on the wall when the thief walked in expecting their food.

Besides once or twice, for the 6 months I get subs here they are good.
Subways is so unprofessional!! The store is dirty hair on the counter!! The worker there is very rude!!!!

We walked in with 2 people in front of us and it was no big deal to wait till they were done. Then however an online order came in for 6 subs and they told us that we were gonna have to wait when we were here before the order came in. We were waiting for 10 minutes and didn’t even cut our subs.
