Writing this as an acknowledgment to Ann for her excellent customer service tonight. I ordered a mobile order at 11:30pm to this location after arrival I was told they were out of stock of meatballs for the night. After she heard the disappointment in my voice she offered to make some specially for me without a huff or a puff. At this point it was 11:55 she easily could have told me they were out and went about our night. I know how busy this location gets especially with the bogo promo going on right now I’m sure she had a very busy shift, a lot of respect for this women thanks again!!

I am writing to report a disturbing incident that occurred during my recent visit to your restaurant. While dining, I discovered that there were roaches in my food. This was an extremely unpleasant experience that left me feeling uneasy and disappointed.I believe that food safety and cleanliness are of the utmost importance in the restaurant industry, and I was concerned about the potential health risks associated with consuming contaminated food. I hope you can understand my frustration and disappointment.I would appreciate it if you could take immediate action to address this issue and prevent it from happening again in the future. I would also appreciate a response from you, letting me know what steps you have taken to address this issue.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The young gentleman that was working there at Subway doing our subs. He was fantastic at handling our subs. We were first in line. A second. Customer came in in the lady that was working with him …older lady. She was taking care of the customer behind us but when did reaching over our subs to get the customer behind us, things become an exception. I thought it was disgusting. I thought it was unsanitary. I didn’t say nothing at the time because I did not want to start an argument, but beware of the older lady there she likes reaching over peoples subs and etc..

They deserve 0 stars. Girl behind counter won't even acknowledge me. I get that she was preparing an online order bit she could have said I'll be right with you or something. I didn't even bother to get anything. I'll never go there again.

You have one job, make sure you have all your ingredients every day. They didn't have guac.
A good place, the workers and the food. It's not perfect all the time but better than other subways. The inside had an unique map of New York City, which is pretty cool. Too bad it closed down.
