the serving is just not it. flattest burrito, no rice in my burrito, just few stuffs and a very light chicken got this order from drive thru today, around 7:30-8:00 in the evening. cashier didnt inform me that there was no rice in my burrito before he gave me the order. last picture is the photo reference of a”tacobell chicken burrito” how it should be

This store came to my rescue from the poorly prepared and overpriced throughway alternatives. I'm frequently between Albany and Buffalo and I now time my trips to make sure I'm passing here for meal time cause this store is the best. Always fresh food, clean, and pleasant staff... Highly recommend.

Still miss the old taco bell from the 90's. The food was always good and made to your order. They do good these days but the food isn't always fresh or hot enough. Most of the time I have to reheat the food which makes it taste worse. But 1 time out of 10 it's worth the wait. So I'll keep trying hoping they get it right. Still 4 stars. They can do better!

I feel like it's a loss every time I stop to this location. My order is rarely accurate, it's also absurdly expensive for the quality of ingredients. Credit where credit is due, the cantina chicken quesadilla is top notch.
I don't think I've ever been given nacho chips, sauces are hit and miss but it's obnoxious when I've paid for them. Other wins include missing items, uncooked nacho fries, and undrinkable sodas.
Shoutout to the staff at the window that are almost always very friendly and personable
