Let me start off by saying our waitress Amy was AMAZING! The food is wow sooo good and good portion too everything comes out fast and hot! We got the fried calamari it was so good we ordered goyza and our food came out right after we was done with our appetizers! Don’t let the negative reviews stir you away! We’re glad we finally tried this place out!

Our waitress Lisa was very lovely. She was the only server during a rush and still managed to tend to our needs whenever me and my wife needed anything or had questions. The food was delicious and tasted very fresh. I definitely plan on coming back.

Made reservations Friday for a table for 10 but 12 ppl actually walked in to dine, which was fine because they accommodated us, the waiter Lisa was nice at first but she started complaining about how overwhelmed she was and how busy today is and she’s the only one waiting tables 😒 not sure what is going with the town of UTICA but it seems from checking into the HTL to going to eat everyone out there complains about working 🤣🫣 I’m from NYC where being busy is a blessing and having a job that pays is also a blessing 🙏🏼 anyways the food was good, i order the boil bag 2 lobster tails, 🌽 🥚 🥦 & 🍤 (they don’t clean their shrimps by the way) 😩😩 before leaving Lisa caught an attitude and I had to let her I just tipped you 20% the rudeness is not necessary. She took long to bring out the receipts and she also served my sister the wrong wine thinking my sister wouldn’t notice it 😒

Truly one of the hidden gems in Utica! They have the BEST crab rangoon!
I got the Dungeness crab combo for my meal, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was on point!

I’m from NYC and came to Utica for a visit. My friend and I are both seafood lovers, so we searched for a seafood restaurant. We originally planned to go on Monday, but they were closed, so we went the next day for lunch—and let me tell you, it was worth the wait!

I ordered the Utica Bag with added ramen noodles, and the Cajun garlic butter was amazing. I told my friend that next time I come to Utica, we’re definitely going back

My family ate dinner at the Boiling Seafood and were absolutely delighted with it. The experience, food, environment, and staff were all beyond exceptional. The portion sizes are definitely generous and the seasoning/flavor is delectable. We left satisfied and are definitely coming back again some time soon. Highly recommend!

The place is absolutely worth the money the food is incredible the oysters are incredible the two Lobster Pot boiling bag dinner was incredible everything I had was incredible enjoy this place is just phenomenal the waitress was even incredible friendly smiling happy which is rare around here

It’s a shame the pan wasn’t edible because I would have eaten that too. 😭

Utica bag includes: 1 lobster tail, cluster of snow crab legs, 1/2 lb of shrimp, 2 eggs, 2 potatoes and 2 corn with broccoli. I added extra eggs with all the sauces combined on a mild spice level.

So happy Utica has this restaurant and will be back for sure.
