Let me start off by saying our waitress Amy was AMAZING! The food is wow sooo good and good portion too everything comes out fast and hot! We got the fried calamari it was so good we ordered goyza and our food came out right after we was done with our appetizers! Don’t let the negative reviews stir you away! We’re glad we finally tried this place out!
Our waitress Lisa was very lovely. She was the only server during a rush and still managed to tend to our needs whenever me and my wife needed anything or had questions. The food was delicious and tasted very fresh. I definitely plan on coming back.
Made reservations Friday for a table for 10 but 12 ppl actually walked in to dine, which was fine because they accommodated us, the waiter Lisa was nice at first but she started complaining about how overwhelmed she was and how busy today is and she’s the only one waiting tables 😒 not sure what is going with the town of UTICA but it seems from checking into the HTL to going to eat everyone out there complains about working 🤣🫣 I’m from NYC where being busy is a blessing...
