Definitely the best wings in town. Char grilled or not, the skin is never rubbery and gross. The sauces are the best, (I ? blue cheese) and the pizza is huge and delicious. They made a lil mistake last time but were more than happy to make up for it, and then some.
Ordered large steak sub well done roll with mushrooms and cheese . Also order if CRISPY ffs . Was told 40 mins for pickup . Here’s what they allowed to leave there restaurant.. small steak sub , no mushrooms, maybe one slice of cheese , roll barely toasted and was rubbery & order of ffs that were so mushy that wen I picked up 1 awhole bunch came with it bc so undercooked . So if your looking to waste 18$ this is the place to order from.From reading some recent reviews on pizza box some good some bad it’s safe to say this place is hit or miss . Consistency keeps happy customers clearly that’s not the case here

I would say 4 out of 5 pizzas made with a different base than most pizzas in utica.Soft and the crust was good.Would I order in the future yes but I don't understand why all pizza places don't put tape on boxes

Was told that this was a nice place to order from and recommended by my neighbor. Called today 06/27/2024 to place my first order. Upon calling a female answers and say hold on one moment. I waited 5 to 10 minutes and a guy picks up the phone. Told him I wanted to place and order and when I told him what I wanted he said very snappy attitude Iam out. I said thank you and hung up. Like I said this was my first order ever and is now my last order.

I ordered 2 calzones with 3 toppings and extra cheese. My ingredients were refrigerator cold and the dough was warm and hard. I complained to the store and got well you had too many toppings and our oven cooked fast. How about cook the food right and not fast. I will never order from here again. They used to be good.

I order from pizza box mainly for their chargrilled wings. This is the second time I order chargrilled and there’s not a spec of char on them. Most likely will not be back.
I ordered a large and extra cheese and pepperoni. The pizza was over cooked and there was no extra cheese. Overall the chicken wings where exalent.
