This is the most disgusting and chaotic reasturant ive ever visited. Took almost 10 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge us, then was told its going to be a 35 minute wait AFTER we ordered and paid. I wouldn't have even ordered if I knew it was going to take 35 mins. Reasturant was disgusting, used food containers on the bench, spilled juice all over the floor, soda machine couldn't make soda. Never returning.

Worst place to go hands down, extremely slow and they will lie and say 10 mins just to get your $$ and make you wait 30-40 mins, management and employees are very rude and facility is dirty! Would never return! I can see why they have the rating they do! Just for full context there was literally 1 other person eating in, place not busy at all it’s really sad to see businesses operating in this manner!

We experienced over a 30 minute wait for food after ordering immediately, with no line, around 2:30 PM. This franchise is clearly run by absent owners gulfing somewhere. Oversight is recommended. I enourage Wingstop to re-evaluate this franchise license.

Having the food made fresh and hot was such a nice treat! And the staff was so friendly, especially the manager. Made my Canadian tastebuds so happy. New saying “It’s worth the drive to Utica”

I've never had a manager at a fast food restaurant check on the quality of the food and ask if they could get us anything before. I assume he was the manager but I don't actually know. We stopped around noon on 5/23 and were very impressed by the interactions the employee in speaking of had with all the patrons. Unfortunately I don't know his name. The food was also great.

First of all, we thought Wingstop would be the bomb high quality, very special. I would never! Get wings there again in my lifetime. So much salt, enough salt to salt a whole elephant and the Elephant baby. The wings had so much salt on them, I actually got sick and had to throw up the wings to get them out my system, haven't gone back almost 4 months ago now.( Never Go There Again!) It sucks big time.
