Vails gate , N.Y. Dunkin is always clean and staff are courteous and quick to fill orders correctly.
Place is horrible!!! Services suck. Asked for refill of hot tea using the travel mug. Lady takes cup and fills it up with coffee instead. told her I wanted tea , then she proceeded to tell me that they only refill coffee in those cups AFTER I paid.... Then would not refund me.... Will NEVER go there again.... Even if I was dying of thirst
