My husband and I enjoyed the company of the brewers, owners who are brothers. We tasted several of the beers they had on tap. We had a lovely dark ale and the best Kolsch I’ve ever tasted (and I’ve had Kolschs throughout Germany.) This place is worth the trip; you won’t be disappointed.

They have proper old world styles of beer that are well executed, which means they know what they are doing. They also have a handful of IPAs if those are more your speed. The taproom is large and comfortable. They allow dogs and have house made treats for them. Will be back to try more!

Mike and Tom are amazing. If you’re looking for authentic German beer look no further!! This is a true brewery and the environment is super friendly.

As one of the reviews states, this is the best brewery in the country. Every other brewery I have gone to there are certain styles of beers that are not to my taste. Every single style of beer here I have thoroughly enjoyed.

Wow. I am simply impressed by their beer. I myself am from Munich, Bavaria and I usually am very picky when it comes to beer - I can personally vouch for the authenticity of the taste!A must see for true beer lovers!

Great selection of German styles, as well as IPAs and others. Nice flight pours too!

This is a fantastic local brew pub run by two great guys, bothers. They are extremely knowledgeable, and that shines through in the quality of their beers. And they brew a variety to please every palette. While they make several German style beers, made with malt imported from Germany, they also make several Belgian style beers, British ales and American IPAs. I personally love their stout, porter, Scotch ale, pale ale, and kolsch. If you'd like to eat while you enjoy your beer, you can bring food in from any number of very nearby establishment's: a Mexican restaurant across the street, a pizza place a few doors down and highly recommended diner just down the street. If you are looking for a high quality, craft quality beer in a comfortable and friendly setting, then go here. You will thank me for this advice. Go now. Thank me later.

We went after hearing it was 2nd best brewery in America, and we left completely unsurprised by that ranking. They gave us some free taste tests, which was super fun, the winter solstice is amazing. They’re truly experts and also great to chat with, kind, and helpful. They were even open on thanksgiving which was awesome. They sell merchandise and beer-related pretzels. If only they made burgers and fries too, if I were a local I’d be there constantly. They showed us where they brew the beer which was especially cool. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to know what real beer is.
