I’m a snow bird. Came back to Valley Cottage for the birth of my fourth grandson. Before leaving I ordered eggplant rolletini to bring back. I froze it and it was delicious ? Love Dee Maria’s food ?

The best Italian food I've ever had is at Dee Maria's. I have been going there since the 1990s and they have ALWAYS had the best eggplant parm ever. Its a great place for a nice family dinner. We love it so much that we use them to cater all of our family parties. You cannot beat the Chicken Parm and Eggplant Rolletini. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is top notch. They truly care about their customers. Make sure to try the Margherita pizza, too.

Just ordered and had delivered a Sicilian pie with sausage. The dough was half raw...Sicilian crust is cooked before its assembled so I don't know how this could happen. Dee Maria's came highly recommended but this is my first and last time. Thank God I have a pizza stone so it doesn't have to go in the garbage....which is where it belongs!
