I’m a snow bird. Came back to Valley Cottage for the birth of my fourth grandson. Before leaving I ordered eggplant rolletini to bring back. I froze it and it was delicious ? Love Dee Maria’s food ?
The best Italian food I've ever had is at Dee Maria's. I have been going there since the 1990s and they have ALWAYS had the best eggplant parm ever. Its a great place for a nice family dinner. We love it so much that we use them to cater all of our family parties. You cannot beat the Chicken Parm and Eggplant Rolletini. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is top notch. They truly care about their customers. Make sure to try the Margherita pizza, too.

Friends and I regularly go here with the kids for lunch.Vegetarian options: Plain pizza, pizza margarita and eggplant roll or pizza for example.Parking: Small parking lotKid-friendliness: We take over a corner of the seating area and are left alone. Unless of course we go to the counter to order something and they bring it. It’s perfect.
