I had such a great experience at Cold Stone Creamery! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a big smile and a friendly “Welcome in!” The staff here really make you feel like a valued customer, and they were so quick with my order. Normally, this place is packed (and with good reason), but they’re pros at moving things along without making you feel rushed. I think I was in and out in about five minutes—pretty impressive for such a popular spot!

This location was pretty busy for a Saturday night. The wait wasn’t long because they had ample staff at the counter. All seemed pleasant especially the young lady with the tortoise frame glasses. She was very patient and took her time explaining the specials.

Unlike other locations, all the staff wore gloves which was great.. perhaps they should also wear nets since other locations complained about not wearing gloves and not covering their hair???
