I personally think that the employees at this store try their very best to work hard , maintain the flow of work and customer service , due to it being overly crowded with online orders and in store orders that causes long lines and waiting . I love this store and I think some of these customers who do the most for no reason over little petty things should appreciate the employees that try rather than downplaying them for their mistakes because I spoke to a couple of the employees...
Josh is the best- I don’t understand how he isn’t a supervisor yet ! He’s so kind and polite to all his customers. Even when he is on his own. No help at all he stillGreets his customers and staff with a smile! It makes walking in here such a pleasant experience! Thank you for all you do Josh! We see you and appreciate it! :))
