Today I had a horrible experience at the Famous Restaurant in the Green Acres Mall. I do not recommend eating at this restaurant to anyone. I ordered two large plates and was surprised by the poor quality of the food. I threw away $28 after the first bite. The mac and cheese was made with macaroni and tasted like raw pasta and a liquid cheese with no flavor. The chicken tasted like chicken feathers and a terrible potato that I bit into and almost broke my tooth. It ruined my day. The moment I opened the package and tasted it, I threw $28 in the trash. I took a picture before the meal, a record of the poor quality of the food!! I would not recommend it to my worst enemy!!

Yelling at me the entire time and every time I told him what I wanted, he would turn around and start talking to another employee.

The food was very poorly cooked, starting with the rice, the two meats we ordered tasted like boiled meat with sauce, I do not recommend it

Had some delicious salmon that had a perfect crisp to it. I will say that it's slightly more on the expensive side for the total price. I would likely return.

Delicious food overall. I am amazed by the flavor in the chicken. Yellow rice cooked with vegetables that was a plus! Absolutely Yummy and definitely will be trying again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND - Rude and Poor ServiceI haven't eaten at the Green Acres food court in years. I wanted to try one of the asian buffet style restaurants. This one had a sign that said "all you can fit in a large bowl for $10.99". I saw how they really packed the person's bowl in front of me. When it was my turn, I chose a bunch of the meats and lo mein, but the server who I think was the owner was rushing me and irritated and was trying to give me all the other side dishes down at the end. He was impatient and he didn't like that I asked for more meat instead of the carbs or vegetables. He said "You have a lot of meat" "No more can fit". The bowl was not packed compared to the person that had just been in front of me, who also had a lot of meat. Then as I went to pay he was watching me closely as the guy rang me up as if I didn't have money. The food wasn't great. The quality of the meat is not that good. The service was worse. The server/owner was loud and angry and for some reason he was complaining about me, and I had not said anything to him or done anything wrong except select the food I wanted. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I won't be back and I've now left a bad review that others will read.
Kid-friendliness: Very patient and answered my questions.
Parking: In the mall parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator.
Dietary restrictions: The food was very fresh on this particular weekday...like homemade and there was homemade chicken soup...?.
