Wish reviewers would give store locations. I want to patronize Ralphs, but some of the reviews regarding customer service are disheartening and the location visited would be the last place I'd spend my money. Other reviews indicate friendly locations.
I'll update this review, after I've choose the location to attend.

Loveeee this Ralph’s it’s definitely my favorite location. The people that work there make it a fun environment to be in everytime I walk in and they always let me try new things before I decide what I want. It feels like I’m seeing my friends everytime I walk in, definitely one of my favorite places to go to in the summer

It was delicious. Definitely recommend cotton candy and sour blue raspberry. It took about 3 minutes to get one ice. I think this place is a great place but i think it needs a indoor sitting area instead of sitting outside while eating ice while it's 50 degrees
