All 3 employees were cursing, goofing around with each other with Customers on the line and waiting for orders, dirty counter, filthy floors, attracting flys ,would you order again from this location at Macy's Green Acers Mall? Not me sorry!
I really appreciate the staff & how helpful & accommodating they are to the customers. They make my drinks well & always have great suggestions for new things to try. ??

I've been to plenty of Starbucks and never had to pay for light ice. When I questioned why I needed to pay for light ice I was told "because it's more product." That makes absolutely no sense. If I'm paying for a medium "grande" then I'm paying for medium product not ice. Terrible.
