They do not follow Directive. If I order salad and ask for cripsy onions why it is never in the bag or baked potatoes why is it never sour cream or butter? One buys chicken nuggets sauce chosen why is it never in the bag? Give the customer all that comes with the meal.In addition, Workers and Manager never answer the phone. Lousy..so sorry I purchased a burger and chocolate frost. Waited so long for the uncooked burger which caused stomach discomfort and loose stool. Not use to junk food anymore. I really use to be a Wendy's fan.
