The only reason I am rating it three stars is because I went to Wendy’s to get my free chicken sand-which shout out T-Mobile I walked 38 minutes to the mall just to find out Wendy’s is remodeling. On the map the one at Green Acres says it’s open but it’s not , as of 3/10/25 it’s closed for remodeling and they will be back soon. I had to walk to the Wendy’s in LynBrook

They do not follow Directive. If I order salad and ask for cripsy onions why it is never in the bag or baked potatoes why is it never sour cream or butter? One buys chicken nuggets sauce chosen why is it never in the bag? Give the customer all that comes with the meal.In addition, Workers and Manager never answer the phone.
