My only problem with the hotel is that unless you are a VIP you can't book a room for New years eve. I feel it should be first come first served. Not because you can't afford to lose as much money as some people.
Very nice place I went there and had dinner the buffet was really good the service at the buffet was was good as well ,the waitress wasn't as attentive as most but she was really busy. The people at the front desk and at the cashier's cage were fast friendly and very helpful I love that there is security all around and I watched one of the security escort a winner out to their car which was wonderful to see. And the host Mark very excellent the energy he spreads around...
Great hospitality. The staff was amazing. We needed to check out a little later due to an event and the staff was so nice about it.
The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. Sure this isn’t going to be the fanciest hotel in the world, but the staff and hospitality made up for it. Will stay here again.
