“We've ate here several times. Always great food, and great service. Tonight our waitress wasn't the friendliest/talkative. She only came over a few times, forgot a few things. But the food was amazing. When I made the reservation online I put in a note that it was a 30th birthday celebration. They didn't do anything! However they sang to another table! Was a little disappointed about that. They shouldn't ask for the occasion if they aren't going to act on it”

“Cool place, big bar, decent drinks, good service . Menu isn’t great as it advertises chicken in a salad but is 7$ up charge from 18$ and flatbread advertises celery but it is considered the celery leaves on top. The desert brookie is realllyyyy good and comes with ice cream ( which isn’t advertised lol)”

“Stopped with my sister in law for coffee before a trip to Rochester. My nephew was in the back yelling because he thought it was an ice cream place…. They were so sweet and gave him a little cup of whipped cream and sprinkles as an ice cream substitute. This was the best customer service ever ❤️”

“Everything here is great! They serve Starbucks coffee, refreshers and frappes! The baked goods are always delicious. The opals brownie and the triple chocolate cupcakes are always delicious, never dry! Highly recommend the iced Carmel macchiato, or a strawberry acia refresher to drink!”

“This was our first-time visit to the casino and Funky Chicken. Got the 12pc chicken meal with sides and bread. The chicken was so tender and juicy, it was the best chicken we’ve had in a long while! The server was very polite and the food was served quickly. The meal was reasonably priced, as well. We will definitely be back in the near future. We highly recommended!”

“I can only comment on the chocolate malt, which was outstanding. The guy who made it was dressed up in a black suit jacket, which was a unique touch. Only at a casino!”

“Waiter was fabulous and the food was good. I purchased the burger with bbq sauce and an onion ring and bacon and my son got cheeseburger with bacon. We order a side of onion rings and they were greasy and not that tasty. The greasy onion rings actually gave me a headache. The burgers were a 5 put of 5. My fries were overcooked, and cooked to a chip texture. It was late and I was too hungry to send it back to the kitchen, so I just suffered and ate the rings and fries. The brownie sundae dessert was spot on. Overall total rating 6 out of 10. I hope my fries and onion rings are better next time.”

“You know a place is awesome when they make good on a mistake. I received an overcooked pizza today. I called and not only did they make it right by making me a new pizza, they even brought it to me instead of having me come back to get it. The new pizza was amazing. Thank you Big Jays!”
