“As a local, i am ashamed to admit that i just went to Teddy's Treats for the first time!! I was SO impressed! The menu was HUGE, the staff was friendly, the place was clean, the food was delicious and top quality!! Teddy's treats might be my new favorite reason to go to Verona Beach!! Although i do not know the Learneds perseonalt, I've been a fan for a long time! They are upstanding members of the local community who step up and always ask "how can we help", I often notice them 1st in line at local charitable events. So, now I can officially say their business is just admirable as their hearts and integrity. Thank you, Learned Family!!”

“Our first visit tonight, we were greeted by the most kindest women. She was so knowledgeable and told us all her specials and recommendations. We had the best soup and meal. Very tasty. We then went to the bar and met John, we were able to sit on the deck with a perfect view and our greeter(John’s wife)came out and talked to us several times made us feel right at home. Very comfortable setting amazing view and food. If you have not stopped at this amazing gem you need to.”

“Our first visit at Mary’s Diner was during Chicken wing run weekend at Sylvan Beach, which is a very busy time for the whole area. On the way, we drove past two other places, which had lines out the door. They were very busy as well, but we didn’t have to wait long. We received our food pretty quickly and it was delicious. I’d like to give “two thumbs up” to the young man who was seating people, taking orders, bringing out the food and clearing the tables as well afterwards. Your hard work didn’t go unnoticed🙂 Thank you”

“Three pines was a lovely little bar restaurant. The front was the typical bar feel while the back was the restaurant. It is a simple menu so it is easy to pick what you want. The staff was amazing in every way. The food was delicious and I would recommend especially if you are passing through the area.

Parking: There was plenty of parking on the street but some people might be turned off by street parking. There was a public lot a little down the way though so it appears there are options. We went around 2pm on a friday and there were a lot of spots i'm unsure how parking is other times during the day and week.”

“Very good ice cream and service! We were headed home on our 2 hr drive back after a long day of hiking. It was hot, and ice cream sounded SO good! The girls were fantastic! We didn't realize that technically they closed about 10 minutes ago, but we were served. They were really good at trying out a cherry flurry for us that they hadn't made before. Came out perfectly! Best part....free pup cup for my doggo! This place will be revisited!”

“The coffee shop is cute and the staff is very friendly. Very accommodating. However, you can tell most baked items are not fresh but refrigerated. The blueberry muffins, which I have retried many times, always taste like a refrigerator cooler. If you are going to serve day old items may I suggest wrapping them tightly to avoid a refrigerator cooler taste.”
