Nicest DD staff in area. If there wasnt a “No tipping” sign I would everytime .
So Disappointed. I shop DD at least twice a week. Today of course, it was Donut Day. Free Donut with your Drink! NOT ONLY WAS MY DRINK WRONG - I ordered a large ice tea with 6 liquid sugar, I got UNSweetened Tea - but the Bavarian Creme donut I had did NOT have ANY filling in it at all. It was just a donut with chocolate frosting. I guess that’s how you give out free donuts. I normally don’t have issues here. Sad.
The employees at this Dunkin Donuts are fantastic and provide THE best customer service! Thank you to the two young employees that were so awesome when this old lady who is technology challenged ordered her coffee on the app but accidentally chose the wrong location. Your friendliness and willingness to help me out were greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!
