Asked to bring a glass for a beer, did not bring the glass, paid for bottled water, and they kept pouring tapwater into our bottled water and charged us anyway

10/10. We had a great meal on the patio. Service was excellent and food was one of the best we have had

Meat was not completely cooked. Service was very slow. Prices and choices of foods not good. Will be for a long time before we go back.

Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow. We waited a very long time for our main entrees which were only a pizza and pasta dish. Our server also kept making excuses as to why she would forget to check on us. Being seated at 7:45 and not receiving your main course until close to 9pm is very disappointing and frustrating. This is the second time as we eat here annually that the service and food were only fair/good- not a great dining experience.

I used to consider Pino a pricer option in the local area. It seems other restaurants have gotten a little more expensive and Pino pricing has stayed the same. Good, constant food and great atmosphere!

Our waiter Brian was great. The food was OK. The parm cheese "crisp" on the salad wasn't crisp. Our waiter brought new ones, still uncrisp. The homemade spaghetti was TERRIBLE! It was like chewing gum! The worst homemade spaghetti we have ever had! The meatball was awesome! They let us change our dinner, so we both picked ravioli. They were fine but not home made, and we could tell. When every ravioli is exactly the same, you know there not not homemade.

Liv & Bryan were absolutely fantastic! Liv never let my ice water get below half and always asked if she can clear anything for us! Bryan was pleasant and made sure we were well taken care of for our anniversary.

We come here often as it’s my fathers favorite Italian restaurant. Food is very good including the fresh warm bread they serve to the table - I’ve had the chicken francaise, the chicken parm, their meatballs, the chicken riggies and the lasagna throughout my multiple trips here over the years. The food is very good, my only gripe is the skimp a bit on the pasta portion. If the pasta portions were bigger then definitely would be a 5 out of 5.

They comped the meal so whatever. I feel sick after. Slow service. Sent back burnt gnocchi and waxy bucco, they were nice about it. Second gnocchi was delicious. Crème brûlée was served cold, clearly brûléed earlier in the day. Had what looked like a loogie in the wine glass, waitress said ‘must be backwash’ from our appetizer… after my wife saw her carry the drink tray onto the kitchen from the bar…not good. Awkward and disappointing.

Overall it was a very nice evening, great service, entrees were very good although the pasta was not really hot, more like luke warm. The only real issues was a table of young guys who were a bit loud while discussing there day on the golf course...although they were rather funny ripping on each other. all in all we had a very enjoyable experience

Pasta over cooked, fish over cooked and lemon french sauce made it slimy. Would not recomend the Haddock French. Had meals here before all mediocre.
